Brevard County Job was founded in August of 2024 with the goal to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers in Brevard County. As residents and business owners in the county, we have personally experienced the struggles of finding local talent.

One of the main reasons for starting this company was the realization that larger companies charge exorbitant fees for recruitment services, making it difficult for small businesses and startups in Brevard County to find quality talent within their budget. We wanted to provide an affordable solution that would benefit both employers and job seekers in our community.

We also noticed that the majority of our applicants from these services are from outside of Brevard County, resulting in a lack of investment in the local economy. We believe that by connecting local businesses with local talent, we can contribute to the growth and success of the local community.
